GA is really hot in this episode, that's one reason why I like the later seasons too.

this is a really weird episode, that's why I think I like it. Most people just like the fact that the guy vomited on Doggett. But that is the part I hate the most.

The part in this episode that I find rather surprising is that the man expected the Agents to take him out of jail. I believe if this had been M&S still out there working the case, he should have expected this. But  R&D could not have been known to the perpetrator well enough to know this.

P. S. I just wanted to agree that GA was a knock out in s9.

Yes, she was a knockout.  Too bad we didn't get to see her beauty as much with a reduced role and essential character assassination.

I love this episode, if Nothing Important Happened Today is essentially a second pilot for the mythology of the series, then Daemonicus is a second pilot for the stand alones. There's a clear new dynamic going on, yes there are scenes of Doggett and Reyes discussing cases ala Mulder and Scully, but once Scully is added to the mix you can see a new trio dynamic going on. The case itself is interesting, the twist and turns are well thought off and pretty unpredictable, plus Spotnitz's direction is wonderful. Maybe he overdirects a little, but what the hell, it adds to the atmosphere. I like this one, I really do.
